We all know that burgers crave companionship and that their favorite things to be served with are heaping helpings of fries. At Old School Burgers, we have elevated fries to an art form. Our process starts where it should, with real potatoes. Throughout the day, you’ll see us hand-cutting these potatoes into fries. We cook our potatoes in 100% pure vegetable oil without any of the artificial flavors that the other guys use. Since we don’t start cooking your fries until after you’ve ordered them, you are guaranteed to get the freshest, best tasting fries around. That’s why we don’t have heat lamps: you don’t need them if you cook every order fresh.
